Case Study: Roebuck Richmond
The client:
Founded in 1799, Greene King is the UK's leading pub company and brewer with 2,600 pubs, restaurants and hotels across England, Wales and Scotland. Roebuck is Richmond's oldest pub with beautiful views over the Thames and a warm inviting country atmosphere.
The brief:
After a refurbishment, Greene King wanted to relaunch Roebuck's Instagram account with a mixture of professional agency imagery as well as more UGC style imagery to appeal to potential customers. We had a full-day shoot onsite to capture the new menu, a wide range of beverages, special events (e.g. St Patricks Day, Valentines Day etc), and unique aspects of the pub. The content needed to feel 'lived in' and approachable, so hands/human details were often included in the shots. A folder of over 100+ edited photos and videos was delivered within a week of the shoot.
The feedback:
"What a productive shoot that was! This was a really new way of doing things for us and so far I think it’s worked so brilliantly well for the team to have enough content for the next 90 days that showcase the pub and its offer. It’s really interesting to see how UGC will be interspersed with the interior shots and I am particularly pleased with the video content since we just don’t do enough of that these days.
