Apple & Feijoa Cake

Ingredients
Cake
1.5 cups plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups apple, chopped
4 feijoas, peeled and roughly chopped
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup greek yoghurt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
Icing sugar to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and grease a cake tin.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, caster sugar and cinnamon together in a big bowl.
Add apples and feijoa to dry mixture and gently stir until fruit it covered.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, oil and yoghurt until combined.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently stir until combined.
Pour mixture into prepared cake tin.
Combine brown sugar, melted butter and cinnamon in a small bowl, and spread evenly on top of cake (this will give the cake a delicious crunchy top).
Bake for 40 - 50 minutes, or when a skewer inserted in the middle comes out (relatively) clean.
Let cake rest, then remove from tin to cool before adding icing sugar.
